Dark Souls II Server Information

Currently the Dark Souls II (PS3/XB360) servers are working properly. If you are having any trouble connecting please see the information below:

If you are visiting this page due to issues with connecting to the Dark Souls II servers, we recommend checking the information option within Dark Souls II (as it's possible there may be maintenance being performed on the servers and the periods/times for the Dark Souls II server maintenance will be posted there). 

 If you are still having issues with connecting to the Dark Souls II servers, even after trying our suggestions found in our knowledgebase (for summonings/invasions), please send an email to our support mailbox along with your profile/gamertag and a brief description of solutions you may have already tried and one of our representatives will assist you with this.

If you are having trouble with summonings or invasions in Dark Souls II, we recommend visiting our knowledgebase article for Summonings/Invasions as there are several tips/suggestions located there that contain additional information on what might be preventing you from summoning or invading others.
